Passionate about caring for each patient in the way he would like to be treated, and always emphasizing respect and gentleness, Dr. Ronald Robertson Jr. is known in the community for delivering exceptional, painless dental care.
Understanding that each person has unique needs and desires in seeking treatment, Dr. Robertson creates treatment plans customized to the individual’s requirements. He uses state-of-the-art technology and equipment to restore oral health and develop beautiful smiles, but never forgets the essential connection between doctor and patient.
Having grown up with dentist for a father, Dr. Robertson first started assisting in his father’s practice, with emergency patients, when he was 12 years old. Those early experiences instilled in him the desire to help people get out of pain and improve their oral health, as well as the bonds that form between a family dentist and those they care for. He knew that the oral healthcare profession was right for him. He’s now been practicing for more than 25 years and knows it was the right decision.
Education / Continuing Education
Dr. Robertson was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. This education provided him with a strong foundation of skills and knowledge. However, Dr. Robertson also knew that dentistry is a field that demands a commitment to lifelong learning, in order to stay abreast of the latest technology and treatment techniques.
Since his graduation, Dr. Robertson has avidly sought out continuing education opportunities, to stay at the leading edge so he can provide his patients with the best care options available. He’s a member of the Santa Barbara Dental Study Club, and an Invisalign® study club, and he regularly attends meetings, seminars, and lectures related to dentistry.
